The purpose of the Before, After School and Summer Enrichment (BASE) Program is to provide safe, quality, affordable child care in the school setting; whereby each individual child is enriched with various experiences conducive to their academic, social, and physical development.  These self supporting programs are offered to any child enrolled in an Adams 12 Five Star Elementary School.  Special needs children are also welcome and appropriate modifications will be provided when possible.  Efforts will be made to accommodate your child's individual needs in a timely manner, however, delays may occur.

We utilize the cafeteria, gymnasium, library and computer lab, as well as other areas in the building. Daily activities may consist of crafts, gymnasium games, science, reading, Everyday Math, game time and homework time.

The BASE program is an equal opportunity program and any student enrolled at Coyote Ridge is welcome to register for the program. The Coyote Ridge BASE program is licensed by the State of Colorado Department of Human Services.  Our ratios are 1 staff member for every 12 children.  For additional information please call Brian Hart (BASE Director) at 720-972-5795.

 Hours

  • Before School Program 6:30 am-7:45am
  • After School Program 2:30 pm -6:00 pm
  • 1:15 pm-6:00 p.m. (Wednesdays only)
  • Full Days 6:30 am-6:00 pm (on common release days or teacher service days)
  • Summer 6:30 am - 6:00 pm

The programs operate on all school days, half days, and full non-school days. The programs are closed on all district holidays, school closures (i.e. snow days), and school vacations. Separate vacation programs might be arranged if we have adequate staffing and interest.

  • After School $18.00
  • Before & After School - $25.00
  • Full Days - $33.00

Weekly Tuition Fees for the 2009 - 2010 School year:            

  • Before School - $20.00
  • After School - $56.00
  • Before & After School $73.00

KEEP (Kindergarten Education Enrichment Program)

The KEEP Program at Coyote is designed to provide your child with recreation, relaxation, socialization and enrichment activities that support all areas of development through Kindergarten.  We collaborate with our school's Kindergarten teachers and often work with our KEEP students individually or in small groups, focusing on specific areas where the children may need. 

 

Keep Hours 

  • 7:45am - 11:35am (M,T,TH,F)
  • 7:45am - 11:00am (Wednesdays only)
  • 7:45am - 9:30am (Half Days only)
