Letter from the AP My name is Donald Beuke. 

I am looking forward to serving you as the Assistant Principal at Coyote Ridge.  I will be at Coyote Ridge on Mondays, Tuesdays and the first 2 Wednesdays of the month.  If you need anything, please do not hesitate to let me know. 

Prior to coming to Coyote Ridge, I was at Mountain View Elementary and Meridian Elementary.  I taught Kindergarten, First Grade and Second Grade for nine years.  I have been an administrator in the Adams 12 School District for the past two years.  I am excited to get to know the Coyote Ridge community and be a part of this wonderful school.  

This year I will be focusing my duties on educating the whole child. Our staff will be teaching and monitoring our 8 student traits which focuses on being:

1.      Competent Our students will show an increase of at least a year's achievement in a given school year.

2.     Creative Our students use innovative approaches that demonstrate problem solving and original thinking.

3.     Productive Our students use their time efficiently and create quality work.

4.     Healthy Our students seek a well-rounded lifestyle that displays physical, emotional and social wellness.

5.     Ethical Our students display respect, integrity and trustworthiness.

6.     Successful Our students are self-directed and goal-oriented.

7.     Thoughtful Our students develop critical thinking skills and use appropriate decision-making strategies

9.       Contemplation reflection…If one cannot reflect on the past then there is no hope for the future.
