Special Education

At Coyote Ridge we believe the educational needs of each child are as unique as they are. Coyote Ridge Elementary has a dedicated group of professionals that assist students with individualized education programs (IEP’s) throughout Coyote Ridge.  We offer a continuum of services to meet the unique needs of our students. A team of professionals work collaboratively with classroom teachers and staff to monitor, assess and provide a range of services to meet each student’s individualized needs.

The special education team is comprised of a Learning Specialist,  a Significant Support Needs Teacher, a Speech/Language Pathologist, School Psychologist, an Occupational Therapist, and a Physical Therapist. The special education team meets weekly to discuss students and meet with parents.  If you would like more information regarding special education please visit Adams 12 Five Star School’s Student Support Services page.
