Special Education

We would like to welcome you to Coyote Ridge Elementary School’s specialized services team. Our multidisciplinary team of professionals work together to help meet the needs of students with unique learning needs.  We are comprised of a mild/moderate special education teacher, a significant supports need teacher, a speech/language pathologist, a school psychologist, a school social worker, an occupational therapist, and physical therapist.

At CRE, we believe the educational needs of each child are as unique as they are. We have a dedicated group of professionals that assist students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) from kindergarten through fifth grade.  We offer a continuum of services to meet the unique needs of our students.  As a team, we work closely with one another, classroom teachers, and parents to identify and implement best practices, help students achieve their goals and increase progress.
