To help ensure a smooth and safe dismissal, please take a moment to review our carpool line process, which is outlined on the school website. Please share this link to our website with grandparents, aunts, uncles and older siblings, as well. Familiarity with the process helps keep the line moving efficiently and supports student safety. Social Media

We are revamping our socials and will be making a big effort to post more frequently on social media! Our goal is to share all the amazing things happening at our school and keep families connected and informed. If you have a moment, please follow Coyote Ridge on Facebook and Instagram, and consider liking or reposting our content. This helps us reach more families, especially those with incoming kindergarteners.

Spelling Bee Celebration! 

We are incredibly proud of ALL our 4th and 5th grade spellers! Congratulations to Finn Ammon, our Coyote Ridge Spelling Bee winner, and Bennett Schwulst, our alternate. These students will proudly represent Coyote Ridge at the District Spelling Bee. We are so excited to cheer them on, way to go! 

 

Golden Paw Appreciation

A huge thank you to our PTO for sponsoring our monthly Golden Paw nominations and awards. It is so encouraging to read the thoughtful and uplifting nominations submitted by colleagues!

Reminder: Parent/PTO/Principal Connect | January 27

Please join us for our Parent/PTO/Principal Connect Meeting on Monday, January 27 from 8:30–9:30 a.m. This month, we are excited to welcome Hailey from Children’s Pediatric Mental Health Institute, along with Dr. Lauren Henry, Children’s psychologist. They will share insights on stress and anxiety, how it can show up in children, why kids may experience after-school meltdowns, and practical strategies parents can try at home.

We hope you can join us for this important and informative conversation!

 

Eco-Cycle Partnership Spotlight 

We are proud to continue our partnership with Eco-Cycle as a Green Star–certified school, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. This week, our second graders took part in hands-on learning by making their own paper, exploring how materials can be reused and recycled rather than wasted. Experiences like this help students see how their everyday choices impact the world around them and empower them to be thoughtful, responsible caretakers of our planet.

 

Reminder: Kinder Hour!

We are excited to host an in-person kindergarten event “Kinder Hour” during the school day for all families interested in Coyote Ridge Kindergarten. All families are welcome, whether or not you participated in the Adams 12 Choice process. This will be a wonderful opportunity to learn more about our kindergarten program and experience Coyote Ridge in action.

Perfect Attendance Recognition 

We are proud to recognize the students who achieved perfect attendance during the first semester. This accomplishment reflects commitment, responsibility, and a strong partnership between home and school. Congratulations to these students for showing up every day ready to learn, we are so proud of you!

Back by popular demand is Coyote Ridge Elementary Dungeons and Dragons Club.  Mr. Seifarth is looking for a magical group of parent volunteers with the knowledge and courage to help guide our players on their campaign into the mystical world of  Dungeons and Dragons.  If you are interested in serving as Dungeon Master this semester please contact Sean Seifarth at Sean Seifarth - CRE Faculty.
