Dear Coyote Ridge Community,

Happy Halloween! It’s been an exciting week at CRE. From “Howl-o-ween” last Friday to our annual parade today, it’s been a fun week of celebration.

Thank you to our incredible PTO and all the work and planning that they put into our annual fall festival. Thank you to all the families who joined us for our event. It was such a joy to see our community come together for an evening of costumes, games, and spooky fun. Smiles and laughter filled the night, fun was truly had by all!

Halloween + Astro Coffee Truck

Thank you, again, to our wonderful PTO for organizing the Astro coffee truck for Halloween morning. A very kind community member purchased a coffee for every staff member, and it was the fuel we all needed for the day. The parade was a bit chilly this year, but students looked amazing in their costumes. Thank you, parents, for joining us for the fun!

School Tours

If you know of a potential Coyote Ridge family, let them know that we are in tour season. We have an enthusiastic group of 5th graders who are very excited to show potential families our school. Christi, in the front office, can schedule a tour!

Student of the Month- October

Congratulations to our October Students of the Month! These outstanding Coyotes were recognized for showing an extraordinary amount of encouragement and fostering a strong sense of belonging throughout the month. We’re so proud of the positive impact they make in our school community every day.

Golden Paw Winners- October

Congratulations to our October Golden Paw Award winners, Jordan Batta and Kristen Severin! This monthly award celebrates staff members nominated by their colleagues for going above and beyond. Jordan and Kristen are paraprofessionals extraordinaire who bring dedication, positivity, and heart to everything they do. We are so lucky to have them on our Coyote Ridge team! 

As a reminder, Monday, 11/3, is a professional learning day for staff. We look forward to seeing our Coyotes on Tuesday. Have a wonderful weekend!

Donate your Halloween candy to the Switch Witch!

The Switch Witch is returning to Coyote Ridge! Next week, from Wed, Nov. 3 through Fri, Nov. 5, she will stand outside of school at morning drop-off to collect candy donations after Halloween, which will be passed on to families in need via Broomfield FISH. If we collectively reach 150 lbs of candy, all students will receive ten Coyote Cash!

This fun club for 4th and 5th graders is starting next week!
